Exchange & Returns

We accept exchange only in case of size issues

Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the courier if you have any size problems so we can process your request.

You will have to first send the product back to us for which the courier expenses will be borne by the customer, the product will be checked and a new size will be made and sent to the customer for which the expense will be borne by us.

We request all our customers to bare with us, as we are a slow fashion and made to order brand. Everything is made by hand and supports the livelihood of the artisans.

Refunds

Apologies, we don't offer any refunds. A store credit / gift card can be issued in cases where your product is stock out, not available or is taking longer than usual to make. You will be informed of it, in any of the above cases.

Orders & Cancellations

 We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.
